As a retailer, will I receive a discount?

PublishingRoom's standard discount for a retailer is approximately 40 percent off the list price on our Web site. Please contact our customer support team by phone or e-mail customersupport@publishingroom.com to receive the exact price with a retail discount.

Are PublishingRoom books returnable?

Some PublishingRoom titles are returnable while others are not. Please contact us via phone or e-mail customersupport@publishingroom.com for returnability status.

What kind of payments does PublishingRoom accept?

For retailers, PublishingRoom requires pre-payment on all orders of less that $500.00. We can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Order. If your order is more than $500.00 and you would like to be extended credit for your purchase, we must approve your credit application. For further details, contact our customer support team.

How quickly can I expect the books to be printed and shipped?

Black and white paperback books are printed within five business days, and then they're shipped. The shipping time depends on the mode of shipping and the package's destination.

Is shipping included in the purchase price?

No, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.

How are the books shipped?

Our standard shipping option for all books is UPS Ground. Faster shipping options are available upon request.
